Baked Cod with Lemon Caper Butter

Ingredients

1 pound of wild caught cod

1/2 stick of butter

1 Tbsp capers

Juice of 1 lemon

1/2 tsp lemon zest

salt & pepper to taste


Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

In a saucepan, melt the butter and add capers, lemon juice and lemon zest. Season with salt & pepper. Allow to simmer about 3 minutes.

Place fish in a small baking dish and poor sauce over the top.

Bake about 20 minutes or until fish is tender and flaky.
