10 minutes plus cooking time for beans
Sort, wash and soak chic peas the night before or used canned.
2 Cups cooked chic peas
2 tbsp Tahini (Sesame butter)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste
Add all ingredients except the olive oil to a food processor and mix until smooth. Slowly drizzle in olive oil while keeping the food processor running to combine.
You may want to try adding various spices such as cumin, chili powder or Chinese 5 spice powder to create different flavors.
