2 9" crusts
3 cups whole wheat pastry flour (you can use 1/2 white and 1/2 whole wheat pastry, or all white if you choose)
1 1/2 cup coconut oil (not melted)
1/2 tsp sea salt
3-6 tbsp cold water
Add flour & salt to a large mixing bowl and stir to combine. Add coconut oil, and with a pastry cutter mix until dough becomes crumbly. Add water, 1 tbsp at a time until dough holds together when formed into a ball in your hands. Divide in 2, and roll out on a floured surface.
