Kale Caesar Salad

By using your hands to work the ingredients together, it will help soften up the kale. No one likes raw kale that hasn't had a good massage!


1 bunch of kale, washed well and torn into bite size pieces. You can slice the stems finely and use them as well.

1 avocado

2 tbsp hemp seeds

1 Tbsp capers

1 tsp caper brine

salt & pepper to taste

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and work well with your hands until kale is wilted and softened. Serve with your favorite chopped veggies, a handful of chick peas and a sprinkle of sunflower seeds.
